Booking Conditions
A deposit of 25% of full rental fee is required on booking. The remaining balance is then due 7 days prior to occupancy.

All bookings made within 7 days of arrival will be required to pay full amount.

If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded immediately, less 10% If your reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, all monies will be forfeited. In the event it is rebooked by another party, your payment will be refunded in full, less 10%.

Arrival check in time is from 1pm and Departure check out time is 9.30 am - or a half day fee may be applied.
